Payment is required to confirm scheduled appointments. A non-refundable deposit (50%) is applicable to one-time /as-needed appointments; balance due at time of service. Full payment is required for package purchases and American Safety & Health Institute training & certificaiton courses. Payment plans are available for month-to-month package renewals.
Please note rescheduling requests and cancellations require notice as follows:
- 24-hours or more notice = 100% of payment saved as a credit for future use - applicable to service(s) or products.
- 12-hours or more notice = 50% forfeiture of payment and 50% of payment saved as a credit for future use - applicable to service(s) or products.
- 4-hours or more notice = 75% forfeiture of payment and 25% of payment saved as a credit for future use - applicable to service(s) or products.
- Less than 4-hours notice = 100% forfeiture of payment for the scheduled service.
